Marc Anderson

Marc Anderson joined Quirk Law Firm in 2022. Marc has more than 25 years’ experience in matters involving catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, and products liability.

Marc enjoys working on complex cases. He served on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the complex litigation involving the February 2015 Oxnard Metrolink Train Crash. He represented Ventura homeowners after a pipeline failed and dumped 30,000 gallons of oil in their backyards. He represented seven elderly clients who were the victims of a Ventura neurosurgeon who is now in prison for Medicare fraud.

Marc has tried cases in state and federal courts throughout California. He recently had the privilege of arguing an appeal in California’s Second District Court of Appeals addressing the issue of what duties a drug treatment facility owes to its residential clients.

Marc is a board member and Past President of the Ventura County Bar Association and a board member and Past President of the Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association. He serves on the advisory board for the Paralegal Studies program at Oxnard College. He taught legal writing at Ventura College of Law.

Marc is a graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law and was admitted to the California Bar in December 1994. His entire career has been devoted to representing injured people.

Marc lives in Oxnard with his wife, Kristi, and their two children, Bodie and Libby. He enjoys playing the accordion, sailing, mountain biking, and reading.
